Re: Waay off topic for me -- health and pain relief
This isn't for everyone, but I get a lot better sleep and less back pain when I sleep in a hammock. No mattress has given me a good night's sleep. My recliner is better, but the hammock is best. No hard spots and it seems the curve is just right. A small pillow under my knees to keep them from hyper...

Re: Not many gadgets built in 1977 are still running...
Years ago at the Smithsonian Museum they had a maybe 15 foot tall clear plastic Saturn 5 rocket filled with resisters and stuff that made the rocket work. In the middle was a little window with a single computer chip that they said replaced all of it. Incredible. On a slightly different direction, I...

Sure. It would have been more correct for me to say that in every attempt for me to see evidence for a god I was not convinced. For me to say there is no god is obvious an opinion and can not be proven. No man can convince me there is one though.

Re: PSA_speaking of monkeys, etc.
Paul, I get it. There was a time in my life when I would have tried to agree with you but it always seemed to boil down to simple faith. I don't have it. Every time the book or someone tried to convince me, it required faith because the facts were not there. I do not wish to change others minds and ...

Re: PSA_speaking of monkeys, etc.
Grizz. I am not going to try to explain anything. All the evidence is out there and those that don't have faith use it. I tried for years to believe but every time religion was shown to be wrong the argument got weaker and weaker. Paul takes science facts and claims them for religion with no evidenc...

I played with thermal electric generation a few years ago with only small return. Getting heat and cold together efficiently is a challenge.
