Interesting 'contraption' to press out the cases from the sizer die. Definitely appears that it will work to do the job without 'extreme pressures' to the brass.

The finest hand type reloading tool of that era was the John Browning patented designed 1881 Marlin loading tool. It did all the steps needed, and did them quickly.
