Re: New Rossi 92 .357, new in the box and in the house!!!
I never said anything about turning anyone in for anything. Sorry you took it that way. My post was meant to be a caution to people to be careful. It is very easy to break a firearms law without meaning to. Just be careful, the Feds take this seriously. God Bless.

Re: New Rossi 92 .357, new in the box and in the house!!!
AJMD429 thank you for your clarification, in my opinion most of what you say is true. You can gift a firearm to a relative. I have given my son a cherished firearm at Christmas. You can also pay for a firearm and someone else fill out the federal form and go through the background check. If that is ...

Please correct me if I read this wrong, but what I read was you bought this gun knowing it was for your nephew and he would pick it up. Sure sounds like a straw purchase.

My grandson got a train set for Christmas and that has grown into quite a hobby for both of us. His dad Is overseas in Kabul so I decided to keep it here. I Had an old table in the garage so I put it on that. After a while grandson told me we needed more track to make it bigger. (He is three but thi...

Well, as an old fogey I have always been a revolver guy except for my beloved Browning Hi Power. But in the last few years I have tried to modernize. So I have a few polymer pistols. One of which is a Sig P320 in .357Sig. It shoots like a ball of fire and no problems so far. My H&K VP40 fits my ...

Everything I read in the above posts makes sense. But to me the real reason several gun makers are in trouble is we are not buying firearms at the level they planned on. They planned on a Clinton victory and panic buying. The Trump win ruined that. Just my two cents. God Bless.
