who makes tubes for 12 bore shotguns in 45-70 or 450 marlin?? any help out there???

You mite check with EAA they had some that worked in thier double barreled 12ga's,,,Don't know if their still around for sale or not.

I bought a .45-70 barrel insert for a 12 ga of mine from these folks:

The insert went into the 12 ga barrel of my OU .22 hornet/12ga Savage turkey gun with a Bushnell Trophy 1.5 to 4 scope. It worked fine with reasonable 100 yard accuracy, except for one problem:
I could not leave the rifle insert in when I took the gun turkey hunting and then I had to go through a tedious allignment procedure to get the barrel shooting where I wanted it without messing up the scope zero for the .22 hornet. I still have the barrel, but have not shot it in years.

OOhh they make 30-30 inserts for 20ga. I could make a 30-30 double out of my SxS

Remington is supose to come out with a 45-70 double and 30-06 rifles.Its the old bikals that never came out.Some of the 30-06 s are over here.I have not seen a 45-70 yet.I wish I had one in 375 winchester that would be really cool.
