He says he's got a couple pocket pistols he wants me to sell for him.
First one is a New in the box Colt Jr. .25 ACP made under Colt Lic. In Spain.
Cool!
Second one he plops down and says "This one was Dad's" Meaning my Grandfather.
It's Brand new in the box with all the stuff. Case, manuals, warrenty card, the cleaning tools
still in the unopened bag. Like a litte time capsule from the early '70s.
Gotta Keep this one! (he says pay me when you can).
Grandpa passed away in '75. We think he bought this one just before he got sick, put it away and never fired it.
Here's a photo.

When I got it home I loaded the mag and tried to cycle some rounds through it.
Not a single round would chamber . I knew exactly what the problem was.
All the guns we got from Granpa B. were totally gummed up.
Granpa like to hose his stuff down once a month with WD-40.
Well it preserved everything really well but nothing worked.
A good cleaning and i was able to manually cycle several
mags of .22s
I'd take it out back and pop off a mag but all I have is HV .22s
Don't want to abuse it!
Anyway,
Don't really care if it works but now I have another one of my Grandad's
pistols!
