Taylor’s markets a scaled-down Sharps falling-block rifle, labeled the Li’l Betsy, or something like that, chambered .22 Hornet. A bit pricey, in my opinion, but looks like fun.

I am grateful that Passover and Easter were peaceful, this year. The Jewish Passover lasts about a week, so was still in progress when the two major Easters were celebrated.

It is not simply their non-representation of clients that has me concerned. I am thoroughly annoyed that USCCA charged an American Express card, after I specifically told them to clear that card from being a saved payment method, and told them NOT to auto-renew. Good advice. Thanks!

I got to see the first dry, powdery, blowing snow of my lifetime, on Tuesday, here in SE Texas. I have seen wet, messy snow plenty enough times. This was a nice change. I've recently jumped on the 32 H&R mag bandwagon. Six shots in a j frame sized gun and less recoil than hot 38's in an aluminum framed gun. At first I wasn't sold on the 32 H&R, but if at all possible I run from trouble and figure shot placement is still king. I accumulated three .32 H&...

Wonderful weapon, Scott, and that holster looks really nice! At age 63, and 6+ years into retirement from the PD, something lighter and more compact than an all-steel, full-duty-sized handgun is a desirable thing, for much daily carry. I trend SP101, more than J-Frame, largely because some design gu...

The Security Six is, indeed, a wonderful sixgun! The GP100 is not a better-quality revolver, but is less-expensive for Ruger for manufacture, than the double-action Sixes.
