I had six gobblers in front of me during muzzy season, but they were too far out.
Could not take one anyway.
In the fall you can only harvest them in archery season.

I cooked one of the breasts in the crock pot yesterday. I put down a bed of chopped green pepper and yellow onion. Layed the breast on top. Seasoned with some low salt seasoning. Then I put a bottle of Caesar dressing and cooked on high for an hour. A little garlic.

Then I sliced up some potatoes and cooked for another 8 hours on low.

It was outstanding!
