AR-15 troubleshooting the Bolt Carrier Group

Post by AJMD429 »

.
The 18 minute video shows all the critical points to check on a bolt carrier group.

The one he's using as an example sure looks like a crappy bolt carrier group - https://youtu.be/OHbJovLMuZk

I do find it frustrating how many AR parts are NOT 'stamped' with the manufacturer.

Add to that the fact that anyone can call any part "milspec" regardless of whether or not its actually made to the correct dimensions and materials and tested the same. Theres zero consequences to calling any part milspec regardless of its actual resemblance to actual made to true technical data sheet parts. Theres often a good reason parts are sold for less.

Isnt it amazing how many people post without reading the thread?
