Winchester Model 94 tang screw thread pitch
Does anybody know what size machine screw and thread pitch Winchester used for tang screws on a mid-1940's Model 94 carbine? so far I know it's not 10/32 and it's not 1/4-20 and seriously doubt it's metric.
Re: Winchester Model 94 tang screw thread pitch
I should have been more clear......I need diameter and thread pitch for the front screw not the rear one that goes all the way thru to the lower tang. The front screw is smaller in diameter and only about 1/4" long
Re: Winchester Model 94 tang screw thread pitch
I need a plug screw or a set screw for that front hole….iif anyone has one or knows where I can get one I’d appreciate the info……Mike. I’m replacing a Lyman tang sight with a reciever mounted sight and need to plug that front hole

Tons of originals on ebay 1894 and 1892 are same. Some of the aftermarket are not correct. Make sure it's correct.
