i am well aware that i cannot compete with anyone standing beside my vehicle at an intersection with a glock 4 inches from my head.

i ask Lord to post His angels close to us, and to preclude any necessity to be quick enough to shoot someone. even if someone seems to need shooting. i ask Lord to keep me from situations where i might experience a need to shoot someone. although there are scenarios that could involve someone in preventing egregious crimes.

it's tough and the sheriff is right in preparation ahead time. it's why i sometimes sit on my side arm, sometimes i have it in hand, when the sketchy gets obvious . . .

and we remember to thank Lord Jesus for His hand of protection when we safely return to our safe-house.
