Dan Brooks is maker of this holster

I recently bought a "Mexican Loop" holster made by Dan Brooks. It has only the identification shown in photographs. It appears to be correctly made of good quality leather. Loops are low allowing cartridge belts as wide as those worn by 19th century buffalo hunters. Has anyone information about this maker?

It appears to be hand-stitched. Mr. Brooks is likely a skilled part-time hobbyist.
