This battle is getting interesting...not sure of the real story, but it has made me a bit skeptical of the 'carry insurance' concept. Perhaps the 'Attorneys on Retainer' concept is indeed better.
These are strongly-worded videos, and there are lots of lawyers involved now, so I'm surprised these videos are still up...!
The guy on Heavy Duty Country sure isn't one to back down - it reminds me of the way I react to health insurance companies and to pharmacists who try to force inappropriate regimens on my patients to improve their store/chain 'stats'...
They try to back him into a corner, and he comes at them with a flamethrower and bulldozer....

I like that guys vids
I liike the USCCA concept, -- just not the timeshare stle sales pitch you have to go through if you go to a basic class
I'm not a fan of USCCA... their hard-sell tactics just rub me the wrong way. Buying insurance is the same thing as betting against yourself. buying insurance to "protect" yourself in case you're involved in a shooting, is simply betting you will. I believe that if you could have access to completely unbiased data, the statistics will prove that you're quite unlikely to be involved.

There is a fine line between hobby & obsession! AND... I'm over it!!
No I ain't ready, but let's do it anyway!
I dropped USCCA a couple years ago. Picked it up when they told the church safety team they would cover us, then found out they would do no such thing.
