Frozen Fog day

Post by earlmck »

Woke up this morning to 19 degrees and quite foggy. Bymby the sun popped through but it is taking its time warming us up. Trees looking like this all around -- quite a pretty sight but this kid may hunker inside and maybe load a few shells or some such gainful activity.

Spent the past 2 days installing 1" thick lock together rubber flooring in a barn. Stuff sucks to cut but what's worse is the smoke coming off the saw blades. I hacked up half a tire this morning!
Yesterday's high was a balmy 34, blowing NW 10-15 all day. Today was 38ish with less wind but still cold enough we didn't sit long for lunch!
I'm getting tempered for the cold though, didn't shiver much today
