I'm not buying it, since the chart completely discounts the existence and/or risk of Space Bears...

I think not. Space Bears, by definition are SPACE, and therefore not discoverable by earth bears . . .

There was talk of a population of bears on Pluto. Then, suddenly, Pluto is no longer a planet and is removed from the chart. Coincidence ... I don't think so.
