Does anyone know where I can find a barrel for a Winchester Model 71 in .348?
My customer bought a Browning 71 takeoff barrrel, but the thread diameter is not the same.
Any leads on a quality replacement barrel will be most appreciated. Thanks! Joe

I might have what you're looking for. I just bought an 86 frame with a 71 barrel attached... sight unseen. I have been told that the barrel looks to be mint. Give me a call in a couple of days or PM me for details.

Joe,
If Mike's deal don't pan out, I have a 71 barrel that was professionally cut and crowned to 20". Bore is mint and most all of the pre-war blue remains. It is factory dated "36". The front sight ramp that is usually integral with the barrel on a 71 is dovetail slotted. $100 shipped
