Update on sons Tim and Steve

Post by crawdaddyjim »

Tim called me this evening with the great news that he has passed his physical tests and will graduate basic next Thursday!!!!! Man what a relief. Now to get him to his tech station and home for a couple of days to see my Dr..

Steve is doing much better. Still has his jaw wired shut. He has a appt. with the surgeon to see about the seriously large hematoma (sp?) on his left leg. And to check the cartilage and tendons in the knee.

I want to thank all of you guys from the bottom of my heart. My wife read your responses to the original thread and was moved to tears by your words of support and encouragement. She works with the sheriffs dept. here in Volusia county and deals with the absolute dregs of society on a daily basis. It was a truly heart warming experience for her to see the good that you folks do and say. Made her year.

Jim

Our prayers will continue for your family. Sounds like the wife needs to be lifted up in prayer as well! We thank her for her service.
Sincerely,

Hobie

Great news!! Hope they all feel better soon. Tell your wife that in spite of the people she sees everyday, there are still alot of good caring people out there.
