Anyone know much about him? I saw a picture of him in "Guns of the Old West" but info seems to be sparse.

One of the deadliest gunfighter you've never heard of. Commodore Perry Owens is my alias with the British Western Shooting Society.
There is a book about him titled "A killer is what they needed". They certainly got one.
"Always carry a firearm east of Aldgate Watson."
