Doctors for Sensible Gun Laws
"first do no harm" - gun control LAWS lead to far more deaths than 'easy access' ever could.

Fantastic article...thanks for posting.

So, we should anneal after every firing for best consistency. Benchrest shooters always knew this as do most black powder cartridge shooters.

They found dramatic differences in shoulder and neck thickness between a virgin piece of brass and avfired piece. We all know brass flows towards the neck upon firing. Nothing new here.

Otherwise a great scientific report.

what if you were to anneal with the brass hanging upside down? would that help the brass flow to the opening and help with thickness consistency? Has anybody tried it? I don't reload, so , just my two cents worth. :D
