The ol' bear hit neighbors garbage other night, has a survalence camera which caught the critter on video. Had a can of latex paint that the bear decided to open and we think it now has a painted face!

FWIW, absolutely the BEST-tasting Italian sausage I've ever eaten was made from one of the Black Bears my Son has taken in New Brunswick (Canada).
His Indian guides ground the meat, added the Italian spices & made the sausage(s) for him - so IDK exactly what spices were used.

All that bell pepper is making my lips itch and tongue swell just seeing it.

Looks great but I'm not going to feed the bear around here, they can stay out of the yard. Looks like you have some very lucky bear though, it looks good.
