Only seven birds today, wood pigeon coming in onto wheat.Thats all I got from a dozen or more shots......not much happening on me just yet. Should do a little better when I have some stubble to look over!
Never mind...they were quality and should make a ten burgers for someone.
Just used my 870 20g but did take my muzzleloader just in case but it never breathed fire today!
I'll try any thing once twice if i like it

Hey....these ain't no ledge vultures......these are wild birds living in the wild!
They are clean birds....them filthy town pigeons and farm birds on the other hand are fox grub!
Gamekeeper our ole' friend.....I drop a half onion in the the food blender with the knieves in the blender and add what ever spices I want.... these had chilli and cayenne pepper and a little sage.....chop all that up and then add the meat and chop that up in the blender untill paste like.
I the spoon it out onto parchment paper squares and pat them flatish around 1/2"-3/4" thick. Best cooked in a pan with alittle oil.
