A Shiloh Sharps with up-graded wood... it just doesn't get any better! :D
That is indeed a beautiful rifle you have there. I bought my Shiloh Montana Roughrider over 20 years ago and it has very similar wood. Those folks at Shiloh really know how to make a rifle. I look forward to hearing how it shoots for you.

BlaineG -- are you actually going to take that incredible amazing beautiful SHARPS out into the harsh elements of the pacific northwest? even in our limited sunshine you will be taking a huge risk...but if you do have a gun-bearer they actually could protect that rifle from the constant un-ending spray of our liquid sunshine with their body...that'll work...that was a good choice in rifle... :)

That is sooo nice. You'll be the envy of the range when you're shooting that rifle. Carry it when you check your targets because we wouldn't want to see it disappear.

I've started a savings plan to get one of those. So far I have about one good handful of change plus the loose stuff out in the truck.

Shiloh has an optional front that can flip between a blade, and post.

Silver blade....I've been known to file a blade to an edge...Top of edge for bearing down, and the rest of it to see mo better for hunting...it will get a little white nail polish, as well...perhaps a tang if I can't get along with that buck horn.

Dang! Thats a NICE one! :D

I can see you now Blaine.............cruising on down Rt 66 on your Harley with that baby riding in a motorcycle scabbard. The barrel can be used for a flagpole. Of course, the "Stars and Bars" flag. :D You got the radio blasting with some acid rock and a cold 16 oz. Pabst Blue Ribbon in your cup holder. A flask in your upper right front pocket loaded up with Jack Daniels and a doobie with sticky buds rolled up in Zig Zag papers hanging from your lip.

I remember those days when that was accepted behavior.

Shoot that baby and let us know! :D -----------------------Sixgun
