Looks good. You may want to rig up a solid draw bar instead of ropes though. If you have a down hill section, it may try and push you or get caught up in your tires and flip.

Thanks iceman, i agree but we will be staying on flat ground with it.
If i make another with wheels on it for summer use it would have a draw bar on it for sure.

That looks like a nice, light sled that should be easy to pull. Looks like there's room on that sled to pack The Cook too, all bundled up in furs.

I'm thinking about pancakes for breakfast but I'll be cooking mine in our little get-a-way cabin a few miles from our house. It's suposed to be in the 60's tomorrow so I'm planning on a motorcycle ride too. I won't be pulling any sleds or wagons though. I thought I might see a pic of that sled hitched up to yur ol shovel Pitchy.

Life is a storm, my young friend. You will bask in the sunlight one moment, be shattered on the rocks the next. What makes you a man is what you do when that storm comes.
I'll bet that breakfast tasted extra good. That whole rig looks right handy. You can carry a lot of extra stuff on it, take it to wherever you are working (or playing ) and have yourself a nice outdoor meal without heading back to the yard.

Looks like fun, tho the dog doesnt seem to sure about the whole thing (besides the food).
I half expected to see the dog hooked up to tow it.

Isnt it amazing how many people post without reading the thread?

Thanks buddy, it would take a few of your kind of dogs to pull it i`m thinking.
I don`t like using the four wheeler it`s to noisy, prob. pull it by hand most the time.
If we would ever get some snow it would help, dern skating rink has almost melted, gonna have to take a bath in it next.
