In the post "feeding Hummers" about Hummingbirds Ironwood showed pic's of bee/yellowjacket traps easily made from soda bottles. I made one and put it by the Hummingbird feeder an it's filling up with yellowjackets. My Wife is highly allergic to bee stings so this is a GREAT IDEA for us. .Thank You.

I made to the same evening of that post, they will hold a lot of yellow jackets. The hummers can enjoy their food better now.

The soda bottle works on the table at dinner time in hunt camp to catch those pesty bees in the desert too. :D
