A Huntin' I Will Go.......

Post by Blaine »

Getting the afternoon off to go to deer camp. Modern rifle season, west side, opens tomorrow morning. I'll be staying with a forumite in his nice camp trailer near Mayfield Lake, and will come back Sunday evening. The .444 had never been hunting, so along it goes. Got a half box of green box 240gr. They ain't the fancy bullits, but they will knock the snot out of anything that lives in Washington. I believe the scoped '06 will go as back up. No puny deer...I am holding out for a nice wall hanger for my last deer.

I didn't know you need a half a box of .444's for 1 deer. Now if you had a .45-70.....
