GOOD POLITICIANS !

Post by Chuck 100 yd »

Not all politicians are flakes. Last night we elected Washington State Senator Don Benton to the board of directors of the Wolverton Mountain Gun Club. He has been a member for several years and his family loves to shoot.

Wolverton Mt. G.C. is just south of the Mount St. Hellens volcano and was inside the red zone and was shut down for 6 mo. after the mountain let go.

I have been on the board since 1971. Makes you feel old!! :D

Senators Mike Enzi and John Barasso and Representative Barbara Cubin of Wyoming are all strong 2A supporters, Cubin is on the NRA Board of Directors. :)

Congrats indeed - you're a luck man!

I like the "Starship Troopers" model myself - military service should be a prerequiste for citizenship, and citizenship required before public service. It would solve a heck of a lot of problems, even for us civilians!

My thought as well.

I wonder from which circle of Hell such a demon might sping forth?

:?:
Government office attracts the power-mad, yet it's people who just want to be left alone to live life on their own terms who are considered dangerous.

History teaches that it's a small window in which people can fight back before it is too dangerous to fight back.
