Ordered the Puma .45LC today:)

Post by nralover »

I couldn't resist- I was in my favorite gunshop today just to see if they could even get one of the Pumas. My buddy went in back and made a phone call. Sure enough he said, the distributor has two in stock. My wife came over and explained to me that I better get one while it was readily available. (I love her!) Here in a week or so my new toy should be in:) I opted for the 16 inch barrel blued model. Can anyone recommend a good factory loaded whitetail round?

Ahh! I am sure that will be ideal. I read your article on the .30-30 using X bullets, and bought some PMC Starfire. Best .30-30 round made- I have found them to be accurate and DEADLY on deer at all reasonable ranges. Thanks for the great info:)
