NRA membership up

Post by bsaride »

22 yo daughter came by today and I gifted her subscription online while she was here. When she goes to the indoor range she always grabs the 45s. I hope to be able to afford a pistol for her be the end of this year.

Good for you. Between NRA and SCI there isn't much else with the ability to make a statement. I don't always agree with either, moreso recently but unfortunately thats all we got.

Now if they would only vote the current administration out, fire the PRfirm running things and get the NRA back to its pre 1968 GCA roots... i.e.:

"Judge a law by the worst reading, & in the hands of the worst enemies of the 2nd Amendment" Harlon Carter, NRA Pres. 1967

I guss that's not a palatable position anymore...

I'm always glad to see new NRA members. We'll need them if the Hildabeast gets elected.

As the election year progresses, you'll see our ranks swell a bit more. Whether Hillary, Obama or Edwards gets the Dem nod, all three are very anti-gun. It does scare us good folks!

I upgraded to Patron status last year. I am paying for my son's life membership under the "Easy-Pay-Life" installment program. Will start my daughter's sometime soon.

Like 86er, I don't agree with everything the NRA does, but they are respected, powerful, effective and feared - a good combination in our favor (most times) in Washington!
