OT - Online Reloading Suppliers.

Post by deerwhacker444 »

Gents

I've been looking for a few reloading items (dies and such) and all the places I know to look are out of stock of what I want. I was wondering if maybe there were other online retailers I don't know about. Here are the ones I'm familiar with and have checked:

Midway
Midsouth Shooters Supply
Natchez Shooters Supply
Lock, Stock, and Barrel
Grafs & Sons
Wideners
Cabelas

Are there any other companies out there that might have reloading components that you order from regularly?

95% of my online firearms related purchases are with Midway. I've placed about 12 orders with them over the past three months with no issues other than a backlog on Lee .38/.357 dies which finally shipped yesterday.

The other 5% has been with Buffalo Arms. Again, no issues with that outfit.

Hey Andrew, you might try Powder Valley Inc. out of Winfield, KS. I'm not sure about dies or tools but I know they carry powder/primers/bullets. http://www.powdervalleyinc.com/index.html

You can also try Dillon's website as well. http://www.dillonprecision.com/

That is my list of companies. I finally gave up on Midway and ordered 9mm and .45acp dies from Cabela's. They didn't charge double shipping for the backordered 9mm dies.

That's exactly what I've started to do. I needed some .444 Marlin dies and couldn't find what I wanted at any of the various dealers so I went directly to LEE and had them in hand within two weeks.

I know I will get flamed for this, but dont forget ebay when you are looking for dies, tools, etc. Most of what you want can be found there and if it isnt there today it will be there tomorrow. I just a couple months ago got a like-new set of RCBS .33WCF dies for $28.00. I also sell quite a bit of stuff there. I have also ordered directly from Hornady and Lee with good success.

(standing by vigilantly to repell ebay bashers) :D

Plus one. I went to grade school just north of their location, and have bought from them several times. Good folks, if a little dismissive. Their prices are hard to beat, and they try hard to have a good selection. I'm sure, however, that if we give them all the business we can, they'll be able to expand and stock some of the more obscure items.
