POLITICS - Voter's guide

Post by Ray Newman »

For those still wondering how to vote, the NRA - ILA PVF has a site that will gives firearms issue(s) "grades". Just type in your ZIP code.

The most important aspect of this signature line is that you don't realize it doesn't say anything significant until you are just about done reading it & then it is too late to stop reading it....

Also see gunowners.org - they are less 'politically correct' but worth consulting.

Consult them all - but remember to vote your guns next month - and be sure to get out everyone you know who will also do so because we will need every vote!

I'm pulling the Republican ticket all the way (except for a clouple of local Libertarians).

I've never done it before. I've always chosen the candidates based on their past performances. I heard a good one regarding that on guntalk: " I'm an old country boy, and when I want to know what something is, I just look at it's tracks."

Not this time. I can't let one more D get in. If BO wins and the D gets the senate majority..........

For those of you in Michigan's District 1 Congressional Seat, Tom Casperson would be a better pick than Bart Stupak, even though both candidates receive an "A" from the NRA. Tom Casperson's the Republican in this race, and apart from his support for the 2nd Amendment, Stupak generally votes the Democrat-Socialist Party line.
