OT What A Pain!

Spent most of the afternoon today chipping and breaking ice off my truck and driveway that fell last night. Almost an inch thick! I didn't think I was ever going to get in my truck. Just as I was getting the last of it off, another wave has arrived and is depositing some fresh ice to replace it. The trees limbs are hanging low already, don't know how much more they can take. :evil: :evil: :evil:

Did I mention I hate winter! :evil: :evil: :evil:

We had the opposite situation here - it was about 75 degrees in upstate SC today. Doesn't feel like fall - and certainly not like December a couple weeks before the official start of winter and Christmas. Tomorrow is supposed to hit 80 degrees.

Normally I wouldn't wish for ice or snow - had my fair share the first 30 years of my life. But we are so far into a draught that any moisture is welcome. After all, it would have to melt sometime!!!

Sorry to hear about the ice - be safe driving!

I don't mind snow so much, but I can do without the ice. By the way, thanks for reminding me it's not even winter yet! :roll: :roll: :D
