I was actually looking for a Ranch Hand a couple of months ago, but instead, ended up buying a Chiappa Takedown Mare's Leg on Gunbroker. Fun little guns! Enjoy!

I ran two of my loads thru it to see how it would shoot and where it might hit from a close 12 yds. The first was 405 gr. RNFP with 13 gr. Unique which was relatively easy shooting and hit upper left group.
Next a hotter load same bullet with 40 gr. of IMR 3031. Now you could feel the mule kick but no big issue hanging on to it. and a very nice 3 shot ragged hole where one hole was from the first rounds!
Shoots fired from standing position. I love it! Unlike Josh Randall's mare's leg of the Wanted Dead or Alive show my 45-70 rounds fit the gun!
