In Harm's Way - one of my favorites. "How far can I go" -- response "You can't kill him".

In Harms Way......
A Classic for sure. Always browsing for a copy of it.
The series "Band of Brothers" rates real high with me as well.
Another Classic is "Seargent York"....

Apocalypse Now and Full Metal Jacket are two of my favorite war movies. The Green Beret, Band of Brother, and Inglorious Bastards are great also. .....and Kelly's Heroes.

Hard to pick a favorite, there's so many good ones.
"Sahara" with Humphry Bogart
"Lawrence of Arabia"
"Murphy's War"
"Enemy at the Gates"
"Saving Private Ryan" and "Band of Brothers" are hard to beat.
"The Cross of Iron"
"The Longest Day" and "The Great Escape"
"Too Late the Hero" is probably my all time favorite.
"Mr. Roberts"
"Bridge on the River Kwai"
"They were Expendable"
"PT 109" really captivated me when I saw it as a kid, so did "Sgt. York"

Had an uncle at CORRIGADOR, went thru the Bataam Dealh watch, amd kist watched history channels story about the GHOST SOLDIERS, and their rescue. Can now understand why after the war, he would never allow anything made in Japan in his house, and that included his nephews Japanese wife.

While I've watched a few... none have found real favor with me... Although "12 Strong" resonates as I know one of them.

I’m partial to anything with John Wayne in it Western or military . I went to a Vintagers shoot today and on the way home I got provisions so I’d not need to leave the house before Tuesday . This Sunday is car racing F-1 , Indy and NASCAR . So I usually like hotdogs while doing all day racing hence I got dogs buns and ice cream
Parkers , Mannlicher Schoenauer’s , 6.5mm's and my family in the Philippines !

Last night I watched Lone Survivor on t.v. It was brutal and amazing and pathetic all at once, and regretfully is a true story. Queasy estomago stuff.
