Pheasant ala Sweet Baby Ray’s

I diced up pheasant breasts , an onion and a sweet pepper . Braised the pheasants then added the onions and peppers let simmer a bit then added Sweet Baby Rays barbecue sauce . Doesn’t taste bad ! Oh yeah and put it on top of pena noodles

To me chicken tastes better than pen raised pheasants . But it still isn’t bad .
Parkers , Mannlicher Schoenauer’s , 6.5mm's and my family in the Philippines !

I much prefer chukar to pheasant and quail to chukar!
However, The Girls love all birds, diced up on their kibble. Feeding 3 labradors with bottomless stomachs I need all the calories I can get for them!

I once made "Pheasant Marsala" -- and it was awesome!

And you can easily guess what it tasted like! :wink:

I prefer the "Honey BBQ" version of Sweet Baby Rays, but others might want more of a "bite" (I get that from my Tennessee Whiskey!).
