For those who have followed our work in Mozambique

Post by JimT »

I received the following by email today:

Papa Jim,

These photos were taken last Friday at graduation of the Course at the Computer Centre. You can see Caudencio the instructor and the other man is the Pedagogico (one of the Educators) as Aurelio (the Director of the School) was absent.

Mama Twyla's Compute Centre is looking good and being put to good use. Thanks to her vision and to those who continue to provide the funds to keep it operating.

Jim I really miss all those photos of smiling kids you used to post but could never understand why you let that one little lad run around in a Obama tee shirt....... :o :D Glad to know the good work there continues.

I was happy that the kid had a shirt! A lot of the street kids just had rags.

Those pretty little girls I used to hang out with are all now beautiful young ladies. I am helping some of them go to University. This little girl .. Fatima is her name .. just enrolled in Nursing School a couple months ago. She is now 19!!

I bet those youngsters appreciate it far more than a lot of youngsters in both our own countries and will go on hopefully to make a difference in Mozambique. Well done Jim you are a good Christian.

I still would have given that kid a Micky Mouse tee shirt, it would have amounted to the same thing..
