Sudden Loss...

Post by .45colt »

My Oldest Sister lost Her Husband of 55 years Tuesday from a massive heart attack. He was 78 not overweight, not a smoker or drinker , a busy active Man. In the last weeks He was given a great report from His Doctor who told Him to keep doing whatever You do. His Doctor is speechless.

.
Yep you never know.

My peers might brush up on some things we should be checking but don't, though.

Still I always think how strange it is that for a career I basically try to un-do or delay God's plans.... Then perhaps I'm part of that plan, but it does seem weird sometimes.

I just lost a close friend and patient in a car wreck two weeks ago. Terrible.

My condolences .45 Colt.

It's good to take care of yourself. It's not necessarily so you can make it to 90 convalescing for the last decade, never really getting it quite back. It's so you can go out chasing the wife around around the house! Hopefully it's 90 or a bit better, but it's about maintaining the quality of what you got.
