Hahaha nice!
That is good, because we have some very "close knit" families in these parts.
Que the banjo music from the porch.

All this hick pretending is getting ridiculous. I want OW’s hot wife to read this and see if she thinks that is who she chose to run around with, you boys could be in trouble. I have lovely picture of her and I guarantee you she would not buy into this other than to say … you boys go out back and just continue to drink whatever it is you are drinking .., and why don’t you just sleep outside.

As a prize OW I will send you my banjo performance video of Oh Susannah.
Re: Chairmen of the Politically Incorrect
Feel free!
I got no secrets. And you're right. My wife knows exactly what I am. Not to mention the rest of the family.

Well, maybe shouldn’t tell all but grew up on the family farm, worked on other farms. The white paint here is from painting fences on a horse farm where we also cleaned stalls, baled hay and fished in the half mile creek in the afternoons.

Thought for today...........look at the girls in the abortion protests....they are all ugly, short, fat, along with with mongoloid/shanty Irish features.....why would they be worried about getting pregnant?----00
Re: Chairmen of the Politically Incorrect
Cool GK! I got a Daisy Pal when I was 3. Still have it. Bought a Red Ryder for my son in 1990. He was born in 92.
Sounds like a good childhood OS.
I've noticed that too, Six. I think it was George Carlin who said it in one of his routines.
Well.......
Back to work on the trailer.........

Re: Chairmen of the Politically Incorrect
Framing is all done. Just came in for a lunch break. This afternoon I will get it decked with 3/4" plywood. Then it will be ready to build the walls.
From my figuring, there will be about 12-1300 pounds on it with the deck. Not bad at all. The rest will be relatively light, but I haven't figured it yet.
Total investment so far, with the plywood for the decking, is about $1250. I was hoping to have it done for $3500.
We will see......

Nice job I'm sure it will look absolutely professional when finished and last you a long time giving good service..
But while you were working I was strolling around the New Forest Country Show, I met and old buddy on one of the shooting stands and he handed me a Six bore percussion shotgun to look at I would have loved to try it out , other than that it was not a particularly interesting show, too many toffs and not enough Hicks...

Re: Chairmen of the Politically Incorrect
Yeah man, hicks rule!
Got it all decked. Was quite surprised, it's really straight and square. It was a challenge building on a trailer frame. The welded crossmembers and gussets weren't all that straight, making reference measurements difficult.

Re: Chairmen of the Politically Incorrect
Ok.
I texted old Gunny (thanks for the reminder GK) last night. Shot the bull for a while. He is doing well. Been busy.
Man! I crashed last night. I was wiped. Sorry I missed you Six. That's a cool project buddy. Ain't you a clever old hillbilly.
I see you are keeping busy. Man, it must be hot down there too.
Mexicans?
Oh we got em. Not many though. Yeah, they don't care for the cold. Most are down around Portland. There are some Somalis down to Lewiston. That's why that town is a rathole. The biggest difference here is if they mess with the decent folks, they'll get blasted. It ain't like Chicago, where only the scumbags are armed.

You guys are drawing me back in...but....when the new rules.
45 Colt....only the stupidest of the stupidest would buy an electric car for their daily driver.....I can understand a hybrid but all electric powered by electricity that was made from coal? Your daily thoughts would be consumed about the "gas gauge". Now, electric yard tools are another thing...I have the complete set of Ego tools plus about 7 batteries. They are nice and quiet but do not have the balls of a gas engine---close, but no potato.....
I like gas or diesel.....93 octane.....vehicles that get around 8-12 mpg=power and torque....
The parasites entering this country are just that...parasites.....why aren't the homeless people raising hell while the beaners are getting housed and fed?
Yea....people like Jay in the North woods are well and permanently sheltered by human trash. If they fall asleep on the sidewalk they will be like my relatives used to call people who deserved it...a stiff---00

Yeah, it's better here than most places, but it's creeping in. I can see a change. Slow but sure.
Oh well......I'll go live in my trailer up in the woods.

Let it creep.......they won't make it to your neighborhood anymore than they will make it to mine.....and...if they do, it means they are smart with a job and I don't have an issue with people of any race or ethnicity who contribute, live clean, and have a respect for the property and well being of others.

Yup. I agree 100%.
Hmmm......Hmm.......
Now THAT is a question I'm not sure about buddy. I've never really been around JKs. My JL/T doesn't have any, and I suspect the JKs don't either, but I'm not 100%.
Other than the old CJs, the TJs will always be my favorite.

Re: Chairmen of the Politically Incorrect
Whew!
Glad my best buds are both ok!
GK,
I like Guinness. Really good. Just too heavy to drink all the time, especially in summer.
That sucks about your Shipyard buddy. It's like me with Moosehead Pale Ale. It don't cross the border.
I weren't far away this morning.
So.....about a year ago, the kids chipped in and bought me a GoPro to video our outings with the Jeep club. Like everything now, it didn't come with instructions. Had to download an app and pair it with my phone. I was kinda intimidated and hadn't used it.
This morning I sat down and figured it out. I cranked up the Harley and shot a video of hanging the turns up around Wyman lake on the way to The Forks. Not bad for a first try. I even figured out how to watch it on the TV from my phone.
Guess an old dog can learn a new trick or two on a good day.

Me too!
It's the work and the thinking that is killing me!
I did get all but one if my windows scrounged up today. I just need the one over the sink, but I have a couple possibilities. They are all vinyl windows.
I also settled on a floor plan. I wanted that done before deciding on windows so I have the location before I build the walls. That will be the next step.
We are gaining though.

It's not an inspectors stamp.
Trailer looks good Jay.....a cheap little wood burner stove would fit in nice. Bunk beds on the side towards the back which should fit four comfortably. Guys could keep their junk under the bed for space savings and the upper bunk could have a shelf....indoor/outdoor carpeting on da flo. Also a tad of insulation would go a long way.
How about that...had a red granite driveway put in...one woman stopped and asked me, "are you a DuPont?" I say, "no, they work for me."----00

Re: Chairmen of the Politically Incorrect
Huh! I thought it was. What is it then buddy? Don't leave me hanging.
Thanks GK old buddy! I'll put in a bunk just for you!
Six had to resurface his driveway to cover up all the rubber marks from my old Hemi when I left with his Colts.
You are pretty close Six....
Door is on the passenger side towards the front. The table will be along the front wall to the right of the door. Sink, counter, and gas stove on drivers side towards the front. The wood stove is on the driver's side over the wheels. There will be a set of bunks running lengthwise down each side in the back. The top bunk will fold up and hook to the wall and the bottom bunk will have storage boxes underneath.
Weight and balance has to be given consideration. While it won't be hauled other than a one way trip to the lot, it has to be capable of it.

Re: Chairmen of the Politically Incorrect
Hey Jayster....either way, you have a cool and lasting project there....remember, don't be a redneck like me...do it right the first time!. this way when GK comes over with his fancy straight stocked double guns you will be able to impress him. You could even put a "dump hole" towards the back where everyone sleeps....have it hinged with a draw rope....5 gallon bucket underneath that could double as a drinking water bucket....after a bit of soap.
Before you start on the walls, think about running cross beams horizontal for an extra 2' feet on each side side. .....kind of like a redneck "slide out"....seriously.
Other than a heat gun what's the best way to bring Jeep fenders "back to black"....I've tried them all....Mothers..Mcguires....Junk Armorall...
two to three weeks at best. Was considering painting them on moms Jeep....mine are still like new due to garage storage.----00
Oh, I'll tell you & GK in a PM what the marks are...tired of people getting free info that cost me thousands to learn...

Hey buddy. Yeah, heat gun is the only way I've heard of. The rest are only temporary fixes. Old Reds are basically white. We don't really care though.
Yeah, I'm trying to do it right with the trailer.
Well......as right as an old hick can do on the cheap.
I'm heading out in a minute. Kristy and I are taking my parents down to Boothbay for some shrimp and steamers on the pier. Be back later boys!

Yes GK....your very OWN bunk with a private dump hole. Knowing Jay, he is gonna have it well insulated and that leads to a minimal air flow so anyone blasting gas is going to have a long time to enjoy it. Hopefully, Jay will have an automatic deer jerky, hot dog, boiled eggs and broccoli dispenser.
On another note I just came back from Harbor Freight in da hood!. Yea, place was filthy. This Harbor Freight was the only one that had these 4 lug trailer tires/wheels that I wanted. 17 miles from here, almost into Philly and as I was getting ready to get out of the Jeep I told mom to lock the doors as she sits in the Jeep and plays with her phone. No sooner the door shut I heard the door locks engage!. Bro's and sisters were like cock roaches....everywhere....musk oil permeated the air.....642 in the right front pocket and a high cap double nine in the small of the back for a New York reload......I really don't see this place staying in business much longer due to the location.
Live game of craps on the sidewalk in front of the store next to H. F. which was a wig shop and next to the wig shop was a "business" that sells used tires......should have taken some pics.
Well, I'm back home, with the DuPont's, peace, and serenity.-----------00

Re: Chairmen of the Politically Incorrect
Just got home from Boothbay. Beautiful day! We took the folks down for some clams and shrimp. Me and the old man washed ours down with a cold beer. The owner was tending bar, so 8 got shooting the breeze with him. He comes up to our town to buy beer from our local micro brewery. I told him we knew the people that owned it. He seemed like a good guy.
Hey GK. Don't worry bro, you'll have your OWN cooler. Filled with Shipyard. The good local stuff!
Six will have his own blast can.....well, 55 gallon drum. Then we can tap it off to run the "gas lights".
Be plenty from all that Jerky, deer meat, beans,........broccoli?

"Oh bother", said Pooh, as he chambered another round.
