My thought is if they wouldn`t of allowed the out of control riots to go on this probably wouldn`t of happened.

Having worked potential riots, that is what we did in Houston in the 1980s. The first person to throw a rock or a punch was arrested......no tolerance=no riot.

True, but remember - they may well be getting very specific threats; stuff like "...we know where your niece lives and works, it would be a shame if she were killed by a drive-by shooter..." I've had patients in that situation, and unless you're Mel Gibson and in a movie, a threat like that is likely to change your behavior.

If the government weren't so busy hunting down libertarians and constitutionalists, maybe they'd find and deal with those who threaten jurists.
If jurors are getting threats like that they should be reported to the judge, and authorities to investigate. I agree it would worry anyone, but I would certainly report it, and if it was reported I'd bet it would reach the news and we'd have heard about it by now.
I doubt it's happening, and more likely that if a juror is concerned, it's that they're worried about what could happen more than what actual threat has been made.

I'm seeing some of this everyday. The socialists in the media and ANTIFA/BLM know that if they push too far it would be counterproductive to their goal.
Today, the Judge banned NBC/MSNBC for stalking the Jury Bus. A supposed relative of George Floyd YouTubed that the Jury and been videoed and IDed and that they will be dealt with.
BTW, the jury is allowed to have their phones while sequestered in deliberation. I'm pretty sure they know about all the threats.

I was getting pretty nervous that it was taking as long as it did.

I don't suppose they'll be charging any of the other's that assaulted Rittenhouse now. Apparently it's fine to carry concealed without a license for Mr. Grosskreutz and it's apparently ok that Mr. Freeland, aka Jump Kick Man, assaulted Rittenhouse as well. The media seem to be OK with the fact that 3 of the 4 assailants have felony records ... well, two of them don't anymore I suppose due to being deceased.

Good news and I think the correct result.

However, I fear that the gobblins will take this opportunity to do something to these jurors to intimidate future jurors.

After being a jackass and calling Kyle a "white supremist", even though he had zero knowledge, and no blacks were harmed by Kyle. He now went public stating the jury had spoken, and he would trust the jury system works.
I hope if there are any lawsuits post this trial, one of them will be Kyle suing Biden for slander.

I am still surprised that he was found Not Guilty on all counts as the death threats on all sides were considerable:

https://www.theepochtimes.com/mkt_break ... ZDFceucInR

Fox interviewed one of his family members after the verdict, and he stated some things that I didn't know. 1. That Kyle wants to go to collage and lead a normal life (which obviously he can't do) and 2. He has had and will continue to need a security team to protect him. I agree that he should sue as many news outlets and people as
he can ala "Sandman" style, to hold them and Joe "Bidet" accountable.

I agree with Scott T. that the jurors, lawyers and judges need to protect themselves going forward. At least I certainly would.

Generally they only do that to police officers. Rittenhouse isn’t a “state actor” so I don’t know how he would be charged federally.

Especially as it was shown that he did NOT move the firearm across state lines.

As he has been judged "Not Guilty", double jeopardy applies. They can't go after him on the same charges. Civil suits, on the other hand, may be brought, but the criminal case gave him plenty of ammo to use in bringing those to a good end as well.

Yes, thank God the jury saw through a lot of outright lies brought in by the prosecutor! I was shocked that the prosecutor was able to stand up in court and lie without any objections or penalties on several occasions. But fortunately Kyle's defense attorneys were able to expose those lies, which I think made the jury skeptical of much of what the prosecutors presented later.
I'm unsure how many similar cases the prosecution had ever tried, but he certainly came off amateurish from my point of view. And often he took forever to try to ask questions aimed at making some point that in the end was never made? I think jurors got tired of the long drawn out questioning by him, and then not resulting in making his case. Thank God for that too!

Take this for what it's worth. Last summer up in Portland some white kid was targeted by antifa/blm goons and boxed in and assassinated by one particular black guy! That was an FBI run op!
Kyle was targeted for the same setup. Kenosha riots were also an FBI op! ALL four people that went after him had lengthy criminal records, jump kick man just got lucky and didn't get hit! The Iraq vet guy that he was running around with most of the time just abandoned him, allowing the BGs to target him! To my way of thinking someone was looking out for Kyle, thanks God! They just picked the wrong kid to mess with! That's why the FBI didn't release the drone and thermal footage early on in the trial, and when they did it was to the prosecutor!
BTW, the mayor of Kenosha, DA AND the lead detective in the Rittenhouse case are all members of the same family! I'd say something is rotten in Kenosha!
Lets face facts, the US govt thinks of us as the enemy and are trying their darndest to destroy our way of life! At this point, I'd say they are succeeding! :(
