Prayer warrior forum brothers, one of our own needs them.
Got a PM this morning from Mike (rjohns94) that he
tore his Medial Collateral Ligament yesterday in his left knee.
No details other than that. I hope he doesn't mind me mentioning
it to you guys. So send one up for our brother sometime today.
Thanks

Sorry to hear about that, Mike. May you have a speedy recovery.

I have no idea what that means but it sounds painful...casastahle wrote:Got a PM this morning from Mike (rjohns94) that he

Thank you all for the prayers. The MCL is one of the stabilizing ligaments of the knee joint, it opposes the ACL, the anterior crucial ligament. It appears that the cartildge (medial miniscus and the MCL) were torn. More MRI's tomorrow. Talk with the surgeon on Friday. I Thank you all for the prayers. It humbles me to have friends across the country and into Canada and across the pond to mother England, taking their valuable time to pray for me. I thank you each and every one. I am blessed by your generosity of self. Will keep you posted when I know more.

Prayers up Mike. Maintain that positive outlook. Had my surgery 28 years ago, grerat advances since then. Came home from the hospital to a son w/chicken pox. Seems I never had it as a kid... grrrr. As a result I know lots of ways to scratch inside a cast!

Mike,
FWIW that's the same surgery Rusty Jr. had to have done several years ago. Sorry to say, but it wasn't a cake walk. His involved a titanium bolt place in one of the bones to tie off a graft to.
You're still in our prayers here,
Rusty <><
