Everywhere but here got snow. For the second year in a row we've been cheated. Another lousy winter like this and I might as well go back to Arizona.

We got WAY more than normal for around here (<500' elevation...the mountains get 2-300 inches) this year. I like it. It's pretty.

We down here in nobodies land wonder how you northerners....like Pitchy and Jay ...deal with all of that snow. As I age I am getting sick of it...yea, cool, a time or two ....play in the snow...plow the driveway.....let the dogs play in it...but after several storms, I get sick of it.
We have had more than usual this year.....I'm ready for spring.
We had this last week...about a foot before it was all done....and I'm glad it's nearly gone.---6

Pitchy,
Most may know where you live in Minnesota, are you north of St. Paul ?
I see BC Canada has lots of snow this year, and cold. I was up in Alaska
a few weeks ago, they also have had lots of winter. Snowing much right
now in BC and Alberta. My wife and I taught school in Alberta many years
ago, just about froze to death.

I`m about 150 miles north of there, I see on the national radar the storm that looks like it`s coming from that way.
We haven`t had that much snow, not near as much as those out East just ask OldWin.

Fellas it's called global warming!
As we pump CO2 into the atmosphere we are going to cause the ice caps to melt which in turn stops the Atlantic current with fresh water which then keeps the ocean from circulating thus causing another ice age!
And if that's not bad enough, the sun will burn itself out in another 4-4.5 billion years!
We are forecasted for another 3-5" tonight, to quote Pitchy- bring it on!
We only got thee inches nuisance snow.
Wait till Yellowstone blows then we`ll have snow in the form of ash, we`ll have to move to the East coast.
Come Lord Jesus.

Climates have always changed throughout the Earth's existence. I have seen core samples from drilling in Alaska which show tropical plant leaves in the fossil record. Change is the constant.
Have a wonderful Easter!

I have a daughter and granddaughter visiting in Toronto this week, I just got a text from them
they said it is cold and snowing. Isn't that a little late or not ? Bad time to talk about Global
Warming I bet.
I'm starting to wonder if spring is coming this year. Just checked the forecast and it has rain or snow every day for the foreseeable future (i.e., for the next week at least), with temperatures way below normal and rising and falling around the freezing mark.

Yep what a great spring....We are about 1 mile from Lake Erie. snow, never ceasing wind and rain have become the norm. Erie Pa is fifty miles away and they have so far had 193" of snow this season. tomorrow the high away from the lake could be 70* as long as there is a breeze from the south. if it changes to the north then right back to 40*. next Tuesday high of 39* and snow. .... . Life on the North Coast.
We all just been spoiled the last 4-5 winters and springs. Gonna a wet sloppy weekend for the gunshow. So it should bring the crowds out eager to buy! Todd/3leg
