Wow! That is one fine gift!
Good for you, my friend. I would say Mr. rgates wanted those things to go to someone who would appreciate them.
Good for you both!

I've tried mine on shaving my head. I'm just not feeling the love, or rather, I'm feeling the wrong kind of love.

I tried one a while back, what I find awkward is holding it on the left side, luckily I didn`t have a sharp one in my hand.

Wow, what a nice gift!

I'll tell ya, the friendships formed on this site -- and the resulting acts of kindness -- are simply amazing! :!:

A guy from Italy lived in my dorm in freshman year (at UMass -- back in the "Zoo Mass" days), and he shaved every morning with a very sharp straight edge razor -- with only 1 hand. :o

He would use the stump of his wrist on the other arm to pull his skin tight... We would all cringe when he did it, but more guys had knicks and cuts from their 2-blade "safety razors" than he ever had.

He said he'd "Give us a hand..." if we ever wanted to learn to shave with a straight edge...
