My friends Richard and Adele are back in Pemba. They sent me a nice email with photos of the construction of Mama Twyla's Computer Class! They said they are pleased with how it is going and with the quality of the work. Adele reminded me that the rainy season will be starting in the not-too-distant future so I am asking that everyone pray that we have the materials to get the roof on before then.

Yes they are. They have a machine that makes them. I am not sure how many Estefano (the contractor) turns out but some friends in another location in Mozambique turn out 500 to 700 a day. Takes a couple weeks for them to "set" .. they keep them wet. They are made with a mixture of local clay, sand and concrete.
