Hey guys, I just went to one of my quarterly visits to Face Book to wish someone a happy birthday and I ended up clicking on Jim's profile first instead as it came up. I have no information yet other than what is on Jim's Face Book page, but it looks like Twyla passed away recently.
Jim would really appreciate some prayers because he is feeling very lost right now on how to go forward.
Can you send me a link to how it played out here? I went back 2 pages and didn't see anything. I've been working and on a couple of Harley forums still.

Can't do that Fred. In home stretch of finishing MEGA Harley build that has taken me 2 years by time its completed and I cringe to think how much money. It was a bucket list item, build my dream motor, a "can't be done" build that made a 131 cubic inch engine fit in a stock 09 Dyna chassis.
I hear that a Shootist lawyer was the one who expedited Twyla's air transport in the end. The insurance company probably didn't want to get sued. Mark's a good attorney. The Shootist Holiday starts tomorrow. I think they will also try to help Jim out with finances. He might even stop by there, I hope he does.
Thanks for all the links guys. I was devastated this morning when I read about it. -Tutt

If what your referring to is what I saw, Jim made a reference about being gone for a while and a trip into mountains of New Mexico.

Life is a storm, my young friend. You will bask in the sunlight one moment, be shattered on the rocks the next. What makes you a man is what you do when that storm comes.
Yes Sir, and the Shootist Holiday is in Raton, New Mexico at the NRA Whittington Center. Hoping Jim T. stops by for some moral support. I think he could use it and that they would very much support him as I think he actually founded the Shootist Group, but I'm not totally sure.
But thanks for the information.
Maybe the only thing worse than loosing a parent in good standing is loosing a spouse in a healthy relationship on unexpected notice.
I already lost my Dad years ago, many, many of us have lost. Its the unexpectedness of it all that really kills us.
Just sayin'

We have sent a lot of prayers for his healing and comfort. When he is ready, he will be back on here. Until then, Stay safe Jim.
