New guy checking in...Stan in SC
Good evening.Just wanted to say hello from one who just found this forum, came over to see what it was like and decided to register and set awhile.I listen lots more'n I post.I'm a big bore fan having a Marlin 1895 and a single shot NEF in 45-70.I like wheel guns, preferably .44Magnum.My favorite shooter is a 7-1/2" Super Redhawk.
I am retired and love it.South Carolina is great after 30 years of Atlanta.
My 15 minutes are the fact that I developed and market a sight adjuster for military rifles called the "LT-2".

Where I retired from.....
Claybob86,
I didn't spend umpteen years in just one place or with one company.I moved around a bit.14 years in the construction industry in project management.Facilities manager for Allis Chalmers for awhile.Wound up in logistics and spent the last few years there.Decided to retire early at age 61.Never regretted it one second!!!!!

A big welcome and appreciated.
Thanks all for the big welcome and kind words from you all.
Terry Murbach,I am afraid I haven't had the pleasure of meeting Layne Simpson.I work part time in the local gun store.Tell your friend to drop by and introduce himself.Oh,an Allis Chalmers colors WERE orange and the wheels were cream colored.
CJM,I'm afraid that the LT2 will not work on the M44 sights.Myself or no one else have been able to develop a toll with enough force to overcome the wide side base's attendant friction and tight fit.
