Makes me smile that my brother got a Stihl to help keep up with the maintenance around my mom's acreage (makes me smile because he got decent kit, and that he likes to do it

---- i loathe that stuff
--- i told my brother last week i would rather run a marathon , or ride my bicycle 100 miles than run a chainsaw all day at mom's place and stack wood
Now -- i dont really have the build for running , -- but with a little ambition, a marathon is about a 4 hour affair and a solo hundred miler on the bike is 5 hours, give or take, depending on the hills
------ but cutting wood? Sometimes that takes --- ALL DANG DAY -- and it can be a bit--- on your back
So yes, i gladly show my appreciation to guys who do stuff like this, -----
Just this past year, my wife got red faced mad at me for paying guys to mow the lawn on a 100 degree day (lawn is 4 acres
![Laughing ](./images/smilies/icon_lol.gif)
, so 2 hours on a zero turn at 3/4 speed) ---- she got mad because i paid them so i could go on a bike ride instead

-- sports are easier than hard work
-- Wifey put her foot down on paying $400 a month for yard work , so i countered by dragging home a diesel zero-turn so the time away from my bikes/guns/everything else would be as short as possible (my brother on aforementiond ZTR )
