After vacation, my nephew did what everyone his generation does - he went to the internet to find out more information. Lo and behold, my uncle had just been interviewed the week before on his experiences in WWII!

By the way, the You Tube video is marked "Dick Winters", but my uncle - the man being interviewed, is Paul Winters. No relationship to the man who served in the 101 Airborne, Easy Company (made famous by the "Band of Brothers" book and HBO mini-series). Oh well.
