New member from Texas
Just wanted to say hello to all yall since I just joined today. I'm from the Texas Panhandle and have had lever actions for over 30 years but no 30/30s. So last week I got a 1963 model 94 that almost looks new. I saved quite a bit on it because someone had put a Pachmayr White Line buttpad on it, but I don't care about the collector value since I don't plan on selling it anyway. Thanks for having me, and I reckon I'll learn a lot from yall.

Pretty good, it was mid 60s today, but there were a few days in October that we didn't get out of the teens.

I must have read the instructions, becoming more confused with each reading.
I think even I could do that.
Thank You.

Pantex has been there for almost 50 years and not black hole yet. I suspect it is safe enough. Both of my children were born when I lived in Pampa and I also lived in Booker for a few years. I have been just to just about every town and cross roads in he Panhandle. Lots of good memories of lots of good folks. I also shot lots of phesants and quail up there.
