S.A.R. in LAOS

Post by Paladin »

This was just sent to me by a friend in the business thought I would share.
This film footage is just over 14 minutes long, succinctly documents the search and recovery of a downed Air Force F-105 pilot, Capt Gerald Lawrence, and is well worth the time to watch.

They use the clip at the school house in N.M. (or used too) but I had not seen the link until it was sent to me by JRPC.

That brings back a few memories. Different bird, but same stuff.
