I called Taurus today to order the tang sight for my 24" .45 Colt Rossi and they were back ordered, the lady didn't know when they would be available...
So, I then went to MidwayUSA's site to order my Lyman globe front sight, yep, you guessed it... back ordered.
Since I was on their site already, I decided to finally purchase a Streamlight TLR-4 which they have on sale right now... back ordered! .
I have 5K rounds of CCI 40 grain mini-mags already on back order from MidwayUSA since JULY when they had them on special!
Anyone else encountering this scourge of back orders or is it just me? Tt.

Factory Winchester .375 is not available anyplace I've known to look...same for bulk lots of .45acp in some places...Been laid off for six months, so, I'm not buying that much...or, from now on since I've decided to go ahead and full time retire

Yep, I agree! But I thought that the panic buying and stockpiling would have been limited to the more "tactical" (I HATE that word) items such as "black" guns, military ammo, hi cap mags, etc. Not tang rear sights and globe front sights!
Times may be more serious than I think... Tt.
