I'm not a gunshop guy but I've been reading all day about how things are hoppin!!

One of my salesmen called me today and said that there was a line at Walmart (he's in New Orleans) to buy ammo.

Other's have reported that shops are already entirely out of semi-auto rifles, mags and ammo.

Obummer really is the best gun and ammo salesman going...

Bought an AR lower yesterday "just to make a point" (and to get some bargaining-power for a woodshed-load of firewood next year), and they had a couple dozen .223 EBR's at that store.

I think it is very regional. I understand things were really busy in NJ, at least some stores. Here, not so much. Of course people don't know that they are already trying to push the anti-gun agenda in the UN again and Feinstein is already trying to move her bill (without grandfathering anything!).
Sincerely,

I placed an order with them Tuesday and it still has not shipped.

The several LGS's in my area are not seeing great rushes, of panic buying, but they did say all 3 of their distributors were sold out Wednesday of AR's.
I know a whole lot about very little and nothing about a whole lot.
