Well you are already ahead of me! These must be your pics of your new .35 Remington Marlin 336. Looks great to me and BRAND NEW TOO!! Still see the hang tag!!!!

That is a great lever gun. I just got a brand new Marlin 39AS and although I like the 1940's and 1950's guns better that thin rubber butt pad sure makes a NO SLIP surface to fit into my shoulder.

I'd say you just got yourself a FINE SHOOTER!!!

Well, what a great rifle.

If I didn't already have a love affair going on with the .30-30, I'd have gone for the .35.

You can sling plenty of lead with it if need be, and load it with lighter projectiles for longer-ish ranges.

I do hope you'll post a range report!

I like it, even if it has a handle on the top. I prefer slings but whatever floats your boat. nice cartridge too!! :D
